This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made directly from NCLEX Crusade on the following official websites (collectively, the “NCLEX Crusade Sites”):
By purchasing any product, program, membership, subscription, bundle, or coaching service from the NCLEX Crusade Sites, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
1) All Sales Are Final — No Refunds, No Exceptions
All purchases are non-refundable and non-creditable under all circumstances. This includes, without limitation:
No same-day refunds.
No partial or prorated refunds for unused time or content.
No refunds for change of mind, schedule conflicts, lack of time, non-participation, or perceived lack of results.
No price adjustments or retroactive discounts.
No exchanges for other products or services.
No refunds due to technical issues outside our control (e.g., internet/connectivity problems on the customer side).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NCLEX Crusade does not offer refunds for any digital products or services, whether delivered live or on-demand.
2) Digital Access & Use
Most NCLEX Crusade offerings are digital and/or delivered via online portals. Access is typically granted immediately or within a short window after purchase. Because digital value is made available upon purchase, there are no refunds once a transaction is completed.
3) Subscriptions & Payment Plans
Subscriptions: You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not trigger a refund for the current billing period, and no partial credits are provided.
Payment Plans: All installments are due as scheduled. Canceling a payment method or missing payments does not cancel the underlying payment obligation. No refunds or credits are issued for amounts already paid.
4) Live Sessions, Coaching, and Events
Fees for live classes, group coaching, private coaching, workshops, and similar events are non-refundable, including in cases of no-show, late arrival, or rescheduling. If NCLEX Crusade reschedules a session, access to the rescheduled session will be provided; this does not create eligibility for a refund.
5) Chargebacks & Disputes
You agree to contact NCLEX Crusade first regarding any billing questions or concerns before initiating a chargeback. NCLEX Crusade reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that contradicts this Policy or the purchase records for your account.
6) Transfers & Account Sharing
Access credentials, seats, and licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or reassigned without prior written permission from NCLEX Crusade. Transferring access does not create any refund or credit rights.
7) Promotions, Bonuses, and Gifts
Complimentary bonuses, promotional items, coupons, and gifts have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or substitutions.
8) Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have the required technology (device, browser, software, stable internet connection, and platform access) to use the NCLEX Crusade Sites and materials. Technical limitations on your side do not create eligibility for a refund.
9) Policy Updates
We may update this Policy occasionally. The version posted on the NCLEX Crusade Sites at the time of purchase governs that purchase.
